I've gone! I have officially left Swinton :) First stop: Leamington Spa to visit the Posh Pea. Got the train from Picadilly at 11.30 after having Starbucks with Lee Royle and it took 2 hours. Had to hold my breath from Birmingham because a smelly man sat next to me, he smelt like curry and poo. Unpleasant. Then Roo picked me up and we went to her mansion/apartment and had a brew, then we went for a romantic walk in the pouring rain. We splashed down the ''parade'' and went in Boots, then went to the tourist information place and filled Jen's bag up with leaflets, and then things got really exciting... We went in the museum and art gallery! And we learnt all about the Spa of Leamington and its magical healing qualities.
The excitement actually got too much for us and we had to go outside again and cool down. We went on a biiiiig walk around a park called Victoria Park, which is in fact a replica of Victoria Park Swinton! There was a band stand, bowls, tennis courts and scallies, although Leamy Vicky Park is much better because it has a river and a cafe with a very friendly owner and because the scallies didnt beat us up and rob our mobiles :)
Went to Tesco, went to Jen's, made Posh Pea Shepherds Pie. It was delicious.
